Any news on potential headcount reductions at 3M?

Been seeing a lot of chatter online and in the news about other large companies making cuts, and it's got me a bit antsy. Haven't heard anything concrete about 3M specifically, but with the current economic climate and some of the supply chain/manufacturing news out there, I'm wondering if anyone has any inside info or has heard any rumors about potential layoffs or hiring freezes? My division seems busy, but you never know what's happening behind the scenes. Trying to gauge the overall health and stability of the company right now. Any insights would be appreciated.

I've been keeping an ear to the ground too. It's hard not to worry when you see what's happening elsewhere in the industry. While my team hasn't seen any direct impact or heard specific warnings, the general economic uncertainty definitely makes you wonder. Hopefully, it's just market jitters and things will stabilize, but I understand the apprehension. It's wise to stay informed.

Honestly, I haven't heard any solid rumors about major cuts at 3M specifically. My department is humming along, and if anything, we're still looking to fill a few key roles. That's not to say things can't change quickly, but from my immediate perspective, things seem stable for now. It's always a good idea to be prepared, though.
