Anyone else feeling the squeeze on resources and projects?

Been at 3M for a few years now, and lately, it feels like we're constantly being asked to do more with less. Not just on my team, but I'm hearing it from folks in other divisions too. Projects are getting put on hold for 're-evaluation,' travel budgets are basically frozen unless it's absolutely critical, and it feels like every expense is being scrutinized with a magnifying glass. It's not just the overt stuff, either. There's this underlying tension, like everyone's waiting for something. No official word, but the vibe is definitely 'prepare for impact.' Is this just me, or is anyone else seeing this widespread pullback? Feels like a classic precursor to some unpleasant news down the line.

Yeah, I feel that. It's like the goalposts keep moving, and the resources to get us there are shrinking. The constant 're-evaluation' cycle is exhausting, and the travel restrictions are a real pain when you need to connect with customers or collaborate face-to-face. Makes it tough to drive innovation when you can barely get out of the office. Hope things ease up soon.

Definitely feeling the pinch. The emphasis on 'efficiency' seems to have morphed into just cutting costs wherever possible, which often hurts the actual work getting done. It's hard to stay motivated when you see projects you've poured your heart into get sidelined indefinitely. Feels like a strange time to be here, for sure.
