Been seeing a lot of chatter online, and honestly, the general economic climate feels a bit shaky. Read a few articles about other large manufacturing companies making cuts, and it got me thinking about us. Haven't seen any official announcements, and my direct manager hasn't said anything concrete, but there's this underlying tension. Team meetings feel a little… different lately. More emphasis on 'efficiency' and 'streamlining.' Is it just me, or does anyone else feel like something might be brewing? Curious if anyone in different departments or divisions are hearing anything similar, or if it's just industry-wide noise. Maybe it's the usual end-of-quarter jitters, but it feels more significant this time around. Trying not to panic, but also want to be prepared if things do get dicey. Anyone have any insights or experiences with how 3M handles restructuring or workforce adjustments when times get tough?
