Morale is pretty low lately - what's the deal?

Seriously, the vibe in my group has been really down lately. It's not just one thing, it's a combination of things. We've had these 'reorganizations' practically every other quarter, and each time it feels like more work gets dumped on fewer people, while management talks about 'synergies' and 'optimizing our structure.' It's exhausting. And the constant pressure to hit targets, which seem to get more aggressive every year, while resources feel like they're getting squeezed tighter. It's hard to stay motivated when you feel like you're just spinning your wheels and the leadership seems disconnected from the day-to-day grind. Is anyone else feeling this? Are these just growing pains, or is this a sign of bigger issues? I'm starting to question if this is the right place to be long-term if this is the sustained culture. Just venting a bit, but also wondering if there's a shared sentiment here. Doesn't feel sustainable.
