I'm seeing similar things. The 'realignments' feel more like a prelude to something bigger. Resources are definitely being shifted around, and it's creating a lot of uncertainty. It’s tough to plan when projects can be pulled or drastically changed with vague justifications. Hoping for more transparency soon, but not holding my breath.
The 'strategic focus' language is definitely a red flag. It usually means belts are tightening and priorities are being ruthlessly re-evaluated. While they might not be announcing layoffs outright, the freezing and 'realigning' of projects often leads to reduced headcount indirectly. It’s a tense atmosphere for sure.
