The constant 'reorgs' and 'integration' talk – what's really going on?

0x149a…8b27Feels like every other month there's a new 'organizational realignment' or 'business unit integration' announcement. The official line is always about synergy, agility, and better serving our customers. But honestly, it just feels like endless churn. People are constantly being moved around, job titles are shifting, and reporting structures are getting redrawn. It’s creating a lot of uncertainty and making it hard to know where you stand or what your long-term role might be. Some of my colleagues are already exploring external options because they're tired of the instability. I'm starting to wonder if these 'reorgs' are just a slow, steady way of phasing people out or consolidating roles without the immediate shock of a mass layoff event. Is anyone else feeling ground down by this constant restructuring?
