What's the mood like on the factory floor these days?

From my office perch, it's hard to get a true read on what's happening at the plants. I keep hearing snippets about reduced hours or shifts being consolidated in some areas, but nothing concrete. Management is tight-lipped, as usual. Curious if anyone on the production side has any insights or observations about morale, workload, or any changes that might indicate something more significant is brewing. Any info from the front lines would be appreciated.
