AbbVie - Internal transfers drying up?

Hi all, I'm currently exploring internal opportunities at AbbVie to move into a different department. I've been keeping an eye on the internal job board for a while, and it seems like the number of posted openings has significantly decreased over the past couple of months. Usually, there's a decent flow, but now it's pretty sparse. On top of that, I reached out to a hiring manager in a department I'm interested in, and they mentioned that while they like my profile, they're currently on a "hiring pause" for most roles, and they don't have a clear timeline for when that might lift. This is happening across a few different teams I've spoken to informally. This is coupled with the general feeling of project delays and general slowdowns that some others have mentioned. It's making it tough to plan career moves within the company. Is anyone else seeing this same trend with internal mobility or experiencing hiring freezes in their departments? Just trying to understand the broader picture here.
