Just checking in to see if anyone else is getting this vibe. Lately, it feels like the air has been a bit...tense. People are being super careful about what they say, even in small groups. I've noticed more people keeping their heads down and just focusing on their tasks, avoiding unnecessary interactions. It's like everyone's anticipating something, but nobody's saying it out loud. My manager's been a bit cagey when I've asked about team capacity or future projects. Lots of 'we're still evaluating' and 'stay tuned.' It's not just my department either; I've overheard snippets from colleagues in other areas that echo the same sentiment. It's not full-blown panic mode, but it's definitely a departure from the usual, more open atmosphere. Curious if others are experiencing this shift or if I'm just overthinking things.

Yeah, I've picked up on that too. It's definitely a strange atmosphere lately. Feels like there's an unspoken pressure, and people are just trying to do their jobs without drawing too much attention.
