Feeling undervalued and overworked at AbbVie lately. Anyone else?

Just venting here, but has anyone else at AbbVie felt like the workload has ramped up significantly without any corresponding increase in recognition or resources? I'm in a mid-level role and it feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and the pressure is constantly on. Performance reviews have been okay, but the general feeling is that 'good enough' is the new 'great'. I'm seeing colleagues looking stressed, and there's a definite sense of 'hustle harder' without much clarity on the 'why'. It makes you wonder what the long-term plan is for us. Are they trying to push people out, or is this just a temporary squeeze? Not looking for layoff news specifically, but more about the general morale and workload distribution across the company. Anyone else feeling this burn and want to commiserate or share strategies for coping?

I've been feeling that too, honestly. It seems like every quarter brings new initiatives and expectations, and while I appreciate the company's ambition, it's definitely stretching people thin. I'm not sure if it's a company-wide thing or specific to certain departments, but the 'more with less' mantra is definitely palpable. Trying to stay positive and focus on what I can control, but it's tough when you see the strain on everyone.

Totally get where you're coming from. The pace has been intense, and sometimes it feels like there's a disconnect between the demands placed on us and the support provided. While I'm committed to my work, it's hard not to feel a bit burnt out when it feels like a constant uphill battle. Hoping things shift towards a more sustainable rhythm soon, otherwise it's going to be a real challenge to maintain morale and productivity long-term.
