Is anyone else feeling the pressure to 'do more with less'?

Been here a few years and things have definitely shifted. Feels like there's a constant push to increase output or meet aggressive targets with the same (or fewer) resources. Projects seem to be getting de-scoped or stretched thin. Is this just me, or is there a broader sentiment that we're being asked to achieve miracles on shoestring budgets? Management talks about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining', but it feels like the workload is just piling up. Anyone else experiencing this and have any thoughts on how to navigate it or what might be driving it?

I've been feeling this too. It's like the goalposts keep moving, and the expectation is we just magically hit them without any additional support. Budgets seem tighter than ever, and yet the demands for innovation and delivery are sky-high. It's definitely a struggle to maintain quality when you're constantly being asked to do more with less. Totally relate to this. The 'efficiency' buzzwords can feel a bit hollow when you're the one staring down a mountain of work with a dwindling team or budget. It's disheartening when projects get stretched thin and you know the compromises being made might impact the final outcome.
