Yeah, I've definitely felt that shift here at AbbVie too. It seems like the expectation to deliver more complex results with fewer resources is becoming the norm. It's definitely a challenging environment, and I'm curious to see how sustainable this pace is long-term. It puts a lot of strain on teams to constantly innovate on process as much as product.
This "do more with less" pressure is palpable. It feels like we're all expected to be wizards, conjuring solutions out of thin air. While I appreciate the drive for efficiency, it's starting to feel like a potential burnout risk if not managed carefully. The company clearly has ambitious goals, but the human element needs to be factored in more realistically.
