Been noticing a lot of shuffling around of project priorities lately. What used to be A-list is suddenly B-list, and we're being pushed to focus on these 'high-impact' initiatives that weren't even on the radar a quarter ago. It feels less like strategic adjustment and more like scrambling. Anyone else seeing this? My team's been spinning its wheels trying to keep up with the moving targets, and honestly, it's hard to see the long-term value in some of these pivots. Makes me wonder if leadership is trying to quickly pivot away from something or if they're just trying to appear busy. The lack of clear communication on the 'why' behind these shifts is the most concerning part. It's making planning and resource allocation a nightmare.

The pressure to show 'impact' on short notice is intense, and it often leads to teams burning out on initiatives that might not even be around next year.
