Lately, there's been a lot of quiet chatter in the hallways and on Teams calls about a potential major restructure. Nothing concrete has been announced, but the vibe is definitely shifting. Heard some whispers about certain departments being consolidated or even eliminated. Anyone else picking up on this? It feels like more than just the usual annual planning. Trying to stay positive and focused on my work, but it's hard not to feel a bit uneasy when you hear these things. Wondering if anyone has more specific info or has heard from their managers about anything significant on the horizon.

I've definitely felt a shift in the atmosphere too. It's hard to ignore the hushed conversations, even if nothing official has been said. I'm trying to stay focused on my current projects, but it's tough not to let the uncertainty creep in. It makes you wonder what the long-term vision is and how it might impact our roles.
