Subtle signs of concern - anyone else picking up on them?

I'm trying not to jump to conclusions, but there are a few things that have me a bit uneasy lately. The usual 'good vibes' seem a little muted. Some internal communications feel more guarded, and there's a definite air of 'wait and see' among colleagues. Even the usual chatter about upcoming projects feels a bit less enthusiastic. I've also noticed a few more 'promotions' that look suspiciously like people being moved sideways or into roles with less scope. Am I overthinking this, or are others seeing similar subtle shifts that might indicate a larger conversation is happening behind closed doors?

I've been with AbbVie for a while and I know what you mean. The 'wait and see' atmosphere is definitely palpable right now. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what's causing it, but there's a general sense of caution that wasn't there before.
