Lately, it feels like every new project announcement or even existing project kickoff has significantly reduced scopes compared to what we'd normally see. Usually, we'd be talking about broad strategic overhauls or massive system integrations. Now it's more like 'let's optimize this one specific process' or 'let's just patch this existing application'. It makes the work feel less impactful, and honestly, a bit demoralizing. Is this a trend across other accounts or just my area? Wondering if this is a sign of tighter budgets or a shift in client appetite for big transformations right now. Feels like we're moving from 'transformational' to 'maintenance' mode, and I'm not sure what that means long-term for us or the company.
