Anyone else feeling the constant pressure to bill?

Lately, it feels like everyone is on edge about utilization. My project staffing has been weirdly unstable, and people are constantly being moved around or put on the bench with little notice. There's a lot of talk, but no official word on anything significant happening. Is this just the usual consulting cycle, or is there something bigger brewing under the surface? I've seen some older posts about layoffs and automation, but nothing concrete has landed at my specific practice. Just feels like a lot of nervous energy and people polishing their resumes just in case. Trying to stay positive and focus on my work, but it's hard when the atmosphere is so tense. Anyone else in the same boat?
