Anyone else seeing more 'resource optimization' discussions lately?

Been hearing a lot more talk about 'resource optimization' and 'streamlining operations' in recent town halls and team meetings. It feels a bit different from the usual efficiency drives. Usually, it's about tools or processes, but now it's being framed around 'workforce alignment' with strategic priorities. My sense is that they're looking at where people are allocated and if those allocations are 'efficient' enough. Got a friend at another Big 4 and they're hearing similar things. It's making me a little nervous, especially with how slow some projects have been lately. Anyone else picking up on this vibe?
