Yeah, I'm seeing something similar. It's definitely a shift from what we've experienced in the past. Lots of conversations about cost optimization and reassessing priorities on the client side seem to be impacting the flow of new business. We're focusing on leveraging existing client relationships and highlighting the long-term value of our services, but it's a tougher sell right now. Hopefully, this is just a temporary lull before the next wave of transformation initiatives kicks off.
My team's pipeline is also feeling the squeeze. It feels like clients are being much more selective with their spending, and every proposal is under intense scrutiny. We're trying to be more proactive in identifying opportunities where we can demonstrate immediate ROI and help them navigate these uncertain times. It requires a different approach, emphasizing efficiency and tangible results over broad strategic plays. It's a challenge, but adaptability is key.
