Anyone else's utilization taking a nosedive?

Lately, my utilization numbers have been looking pretty grim. I'm usually booked solid, but these past few weeks have been a struggle to even hit 70%. My manager keeps asking if I've 'checked the internal marketplace' and it feels like a thinly veiled hint. We've lost a couple of big projects recently, and the new ones seem smaller in scope. Just trying to figure out if this is a widespread thing across Accenture or if my specific account is having a rough patch. Anyone else seeing their utilization dip like this? Feels like a lot of people are suddenly 'available'.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a dip in my own utilization lately. It feels like a lot of projects are winding down or getting scaled back. The 'internal marketplace' suggestion is classic, isn't it? Like we haven't already been scouring it daily for any crumbs of work. It's a bit disheartening when you're used to being fully booked and suddenly you're seeing those percentages drop. Hopefully, this is just a temporary lull and things pick up soon.

This sounds familiar. We've also seen a few key projects conclude, and the pipeline for new, substantial work isn't as robust as it used to be. It's creating a bit of anxiety across the team, and the constant talk about utilization is definitely adding to the pressure. It makes you wonder if the company strategy is shifting or if it's just a cyclical downturn impacting many accounts simultaneously. Fingers crossed for some new wins to boost everyone's numbers.
