Okay, so my leadership team has been dropping this new phrase, 'synergistic optimization,' in all our recent town halls and team meetings. It's supposed to be about improving efficiency and leveraging resources better. But honestly, it sounds like corporate jargon for 'we're trying to do more with less,' which is usually a precursor to headcount adjustments. It follows the whole 'continuous improvement' push we had last quarter. I'm getting nervous. It feels like management is trying to soften us up for something. Anyone else hearing this new phrase or similar vague corporate speak that screams 'trouble'?
