Feels like there's less work coming in than usual?

Hey everyone, been at Accenture for a few years now, primarily in the [Your Service Line Area, e.g., Cloud, Strategy, SAP]. Lately, it just feels... quiet. Usually, we'd have a few RFPs on our desk or at least some solid follow-ups from existing clients wanting to expand projects. But for the past couple of months, it's been pretty dry. My manager is talking about 'realigning resources' and 'exploring new opportunities', which sounds a bit like code for 'we don't have enough billable work right now'. Anyone else in similar service lines seeing a dip in project pipeline or new business coming in? Wondering if it's just our specific accounts or a broader trend.
