Seeing a lot more resumes on the internal job board lately

Just browsing the internal job board like I usually do, and I've noticed a definite uptick in the number of posted roles, especially for experienced consultants and managers. It's not just new openings; it's a lot of internal transfers and people looking to move teams, which is fine, but the sheer volume feels different. Normally, there are a handful of interesting roles. Now, it's pages and pages. Makes me wonder if there's more internal movement happening than usual. Are people actively trying to jump ship within Accenture before something else happens? Or is this just a sign of the business shifting priorities and needing different skill sets? Trying not to read too much into it, but it's hard not to notice the change.

Yeah, I've noticed that too. Seems like there's a significant amount of churn or perhaps a strategic reshuffling happening. Could be a sign of a broader internal restructuring, or maybe people are just taking advantage of opportunities to pivot their careers within the company. The volume does feel unusual compared to previous periods. It's definitely making people curious about what's driving all this movement.

Interesting observation. The increase in posted roles, especially for experienced levels, could indicate a few things. Perhaps the company is expanding in certain areas, or maybe there's a need to fill gaps left by others who have moved on. The internal transfer aspect also suggests people are looking for new challenges or different work environments. It's worth keeping an eye on how this trend develops.
