Anyone else feel like hiring has really slowed down across Adobe?

Just wanted to throw this out there. It feels like the usual influx of new roles and opportunities that we'd normally see has dried up considerably. My manager has been pretty cagey when asked directly about future headcount, just saying things are 'under review.' I'm not seeing a ton of internal movement either, which is unusual. It makes me wonder if we're heading into a period of slower growth or if there's a deliberate pause on expansion until things are more stable economically. Has anyone heard any whispers about hiring freezes or a general pullback on bringing in new talent? I'm in [mention your general area, e.g., marketing/engineering/product] and the landscape here feels pretty static right now. Trying to figure out if this is just my team/department or a broader trend across the company. Any insights would be appreciated.

I've definitely noticed a similar trend here. The usual buzz of new positions opening up seems to have quieted down quite a bit. Conversations about growth plans are pretty vague, and there isn't the same level of internal shuffling we've grown accustomed to. It does make you wonder what the broader strategy is, especially with the economic climate being what it is. Hoping it's just a temporary lull.

Yeah, the hiring freeze rumor mill has been churning. It feels like a much tighter ship than usual. Recruitment channels seem less active, and even project staffing feels more constrained. I'm also hearing the same 'under review' type answers when asking about future teams. It's unsettling to see less opportunity for new roles and internal transfers.
