Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else at Adobe is feeling a bit of unease. Haven't heard any official word, and there aren't any major layoff announcements like we've seen elsewhere, but the vibe feels... different. Been hearing a lot more whispers about 'restructuring' and 'strategic shifts' lately. My team had a meeting that felt a bit like a performance review, but without any actual performance issues raised. Just a lot of talk about 'synergy' and 'optimizing resources'. It's making me wonder if something's brewing under the surface. Has anyone else experienced similar conversations or noticed a change in management's tone? Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the lack of clear communication is definitely unsettling.

I hear you. It's definitely a weird atmosphere. The "optimization" talk has been ramping up, and it feels like a lot of people are holding their breath, trying not to draw attention. My department has been through a similar meeting, very vague about the future but heavy on buzzwords. It's tough to stay motivated when the ground feels so shaky, even without concrete news. Yeah, that "synergy" and "resource optimization" speak is definitely making the rounds. It feels like corporate code for something significant, even if it’s not outright layoffs. People are nervous, and it's affecting morale. I’ve noticed a lot more people keeping their heads down and avoiding unnecessary conversations. Hopefully, this "strategic shift" leads to something positive, but the uncertainty is palpable right now.
