Seriously, what's going on? I'm a Senior SWE in the Digital Media division, been with Adobe for almost 8 years. The last few weeks have been insane – constant meetings, impossible deadlines, pressure from above to ship features yesterday. It feels like they're trying to squeeze every last drop of productivity out of us. I'm worried this is a prelude to something… like maybe trying to make it look like we're all underperforming so they have an excuse for layoffs? Or maybe it's just normal peak season but this feels different. Anyone else experiencing this, especially in DM? I'm starting to consider brushing up my resume just in case.

I'm feeling it too, though I'm on the marketing side. Definitely more pressure lately. I suspect it's the end of the fiscal year. They always push hard to meet targets and boost numbers before reporting. It usually dies down a bit afterward, so hang in there! Maybe try to take some PTO once things calm down; that's my plan.

Color me skeptical. 'Peak season' doesn't explain impossible deadlines and constant meetings. My gut says something's definitely up. Start documenting everything. Performance reviews, project assignments, meeting minutes. If layoffs *are* coming, having a paper trail showing your contributions can be invaluable.
