Yeah, I'm seeing similar things. Our Adobe Creative Cloud suite just got 'audited,' and suddenly a bunch of people who used to have full access are down to just a couple of apps or even nothing. They're pushing for us to 'consolidate' on fewer tools, which is a nightmare when you rely on specific Adobe features. The training budget cut is brutal too. Feels like they expect us to just absorb all new knowledge through osmosis.
Fiscal responsibility is one thing, but gutting the tools that *make* the company money is insanity. If your core work involves Adobe, cutting that access directly impacts productivity and output. I'd push back hard if I were you. Are there any alternative software solutions being considered, or is it just a straight 'no more' situation? Maybe explore some open-source options if they're really serious about cost-cutting, though I know that's a whole other can of worms.
