Hearing Whispers of Restructuring - Anyone Else?

I've been at Adobe for almost 7 years, in the Creative Cloud division, working as a Senior UX Designer. Lately, there's been a weird vibe. Lots of closed-door meetings, managers being extra vague, and a general sense of unease. A couple of colleagues mentioned hearing rumors about a possible restructuring, maybe even some layoffs, but nothing concrete. I know the economy hasn't been great and other tech companies have been making cuts. Is anyone else feeling this way? Has anyone heard anything more specific, or am I just being paranoid? Seriously stressed!

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I'm over in Marketing Cloud and the silence is deafening. We had a team all-hands abruptly canceled last week with zero explanation. That never happens. My spidey sense is definitely tingling. Brush up your resume, just in case. It's better to be prepared than caught off guard. Also, discreetly start networking outside the company. You never know when you'll need a lifeline. Good luck!

Honestly, this happens every few years at Adobe. The stock dips a little, management gets antsy, and the rumor mill starts churning. It's usually just a lot of noise with very little actual substance. Remember Project Nightingale back in '18? Everyone was convinced half the company was getting axed, and all that happened was a minor reshuffling of product teams. I'd say don't panic until you see something concrete, like mandatory training on outplacement services.
