Recruiter reached out - is this a good sign?

Just got a message from an external recruiter about a role at Adobe. This is a bit strange because I've been keeping an eye on things here and, like many others, have been wondering about the layoff rumors from last year that never seemed to fully pan out. I figured the company might be in a holding pattern. Getting this outreach makes me wonder if things are starting to pick up again, or if they're just filling niche roles that were already planned. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Are recruiters actively sourcing for new positions, or is this more of an anomaly? Trying to gauge if this is a sign of renewed hiring momentum or just business as usual despite the past chatter. Any insights would be appreciated.
