Hey everyone, just wanted to start a discussion here because I've been feeling a bit of an odd vibe around Adobe lately. No concrete layoff news, but there's this undercurrent of... something. My team's been stretched pretty thin on projects, and it feels like we're being asked to do more with less, which is always a bit concerning. I've also noticed some key people in adjacent departments moving on, not necessarily forced out, but definitely exploring new opportunities. It's making me wonder if leadership is planning some internal restructuring or if there's a general belt-tightening happening that hasn't hit the news yet. Anyone else experiencing similar things? Are project scopes being cut back, or is hiring effectively frozen for non-critical roles? Curious to hear what others are seeing on the ground. Trying to stay positive, but also want to be realistic about the market and our position within it.

I've been feeling a similar undercurrent. Project scope seems to be expanding while resource allocation remains stagnant, if not shrinking. It's definitely leading to longer hours and a general sense of pressure across the board. The departures you mentioned are also concerning, especially when talented folks start looking elsewhere. It makes you question the long-term stability and direction.

Interesting observations. While I haven't personally experienced the stretch you're describing, I have heard similar whispers. It's easy for morale to dip when workloads feel unsustainable.
