Hey everyone, been with AECOM for a few years now, and while there haven't been any official announcements, I've been noticing some odd things lately. A lot of my team members are suddenly being pulled into 'special projects' that seem to be about efficiency and streamlining operations. Also, there's been a lot more talk about 'synergies' between different divisions, which feels like corporate speak for something else. Has anyone else picked up on this? Hearing any rumors, even unofficial ones, about potential reorganizations or workforce adjustments down the line? Trying to gauge the general sentiment and see if I'm just overthinking things or if there's something concrete brewing. Any insights would be appreciated, even if it's just hearsay.
