Hey everyone, Seeing a lot of the usual chatter about new wins and big projects, which is great on paper. But from my end, things feel... tense. Been hearing more about budget reviews being really tight, and some teams are being asked to justify every expense. It's not outright panic, but there's definitely an underlying current of 'what's next?' that wasn't there a year ago. Anyone else in a similar boat? Wondering if it's just my specific division or if there's a broader trend of belt-tightening happening across AECOM that management isn't being super upfront about. Yeah, I've definitely felt that too. While the headlines are good, internally it feels like we're walking on eggshells with budgets. Totally get what you're saying. It's like there's a disconnect between the project pipeline and the day-to-day reality for many. I've noticed a significant increase in the level of detail required for even minor expenditures, and project managers are spending more time managing budgets than delivering technical work. It's creating a bit of anxiety, wondering if this is the new normal or a temporary phase. Hope it's the latter.
