Anyone Else Feeling the Pressure at AECOM?

Hey everyone, posting anonymously here because things have felt... tense lately. We haven't heard any official word, but there's definitely a weird vibe going around. Workload seems to be ramping up in some areas, while others feel like they're being stretched super thin. Seeing some folks taking on way more than they should, and others just quietly looking for the exits. Are others experiencing this? Is it just my department or is this a company-wide thing? Curious to hear if anyone has any insights or feels the same. Just trying to gauge the general mood and see if we're all on the same page about the current atmosphere. Management hasn't really addressed anything directly, so we're all kind of speculating. Anyone else notice more 'efficiency drives' or 'streamlining' talk? Feels like a prelude to something, but what is the question. Let me know your thoughts.
