Severance package question if the worst happens

Okay, so I'm trying to stay positive but honestly, the atmosphere at AECOM has been really weird. I've been in infrastructure projects for about 6 years now. My team's workload has definitely dropped, and there have been a few 'reorganizations' where people just... disappeared. No official announcement of layoffs, but you can feel it. If it does come down to it, does anyone know what AECOM typically offers in terms of severance? I'm not talking about the bare minimum WARN act stuff, but actual packages. Like, how many weeks per year of service? Any chance of continued health benefits beyond COBRA? Just trying to be prepared. If anyone has gone through this before or knows someone who has at AECOM, any insights would be super helpful. Trying to plan ahead, not panic.
