Hey everyone, just wanted to get a pulse check on what's going on internally. Been at Affirm for a few years now, and things have felt… quieter lately. We’ve always had a pretty energetic culture, but lately it feels like people are walking on eggshells. Lots of whispers about budget reviews and headcount planning, which, I get, is normal in fintech, but it feels more intense than usual. No official word on anything major, but the general anxiety seems to be ramping up. Seeing fewer new job postings on the internal site too. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just my department, or is this a company-wide feeling? Curious to hear what others are seeing and hearing, especially from different teams.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a shift too. The energy isn't quite the same. It's like the buzz has been dialed down, and there's this underlying tension you can almost feel in the virtual hallways.
