Been with Affirm a bit longer than you, and yeah, Q4 pressure is a tale as old as time. But this year does feel particularly intense. The 'driving growth' mantra is loud, but the 'efficiency' part seems to be a euphemism for 'do more with fewer people'. Focus on what you can control, prioritize ruthlessly, and don't burn yourself out trying to hit targets that might be set by people who don't understand the day-to-day grind. Maybe look into internal transfers if things don't improve?
