Hey all, Been at Affirm for a few years now, and lately things have felt... different. I'm not seeing any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's a definite chill in the air. Several teams seem to have gone quiet on hiring, and I've heard whispers about projects being deprioritized or scaled back. Some of my colleagues are definitely looking a bit stressed, talking about 'doing more with less' and how their managers are putting a lot of pressure on them to hit aggressive targets.
