Anyone else seeing the internal panic after the Feb 15th cuts?

Is it just me, or does the vibe in the slack channels feel completely different this week? Ever since that WARN notice hit for Allegheny, the atmosphere has been incredibly tense. I spoke to a few folks in my pod and nobody seems to have a clear answer on whether this is the 'final' round or just the beginning of a slower bleed. The leadership team’s comms have been as vague as ever, focusing on 'efficiency' while ignoring the fact that we’re all stretched paper-thin. I’m honestly struggling to stay motivated when I’m logging in every morning wondering if my access is going to be revoked. We hit our Q1 goals, but that clearly didn’t matter. Thinking about updating my resume this weekend because the uncertainty is starting to affect my mental health more than the actual work. Does anyone have a pulse on how many more cycles are planned for Q2, or are we just flying blind?

The mood is definitely grim. It feels like every time we turn around, there is another announcement about 'streamlining' or 'efficiency' that just leads to more uncertainty. Everyone is walking on eggshells because the leadership's vague explanations never actually address the reality of how much work is left for those of us still here. At this point, I think most people have stopped trusting the internal comms entirely and are just waiting for the next shoe to drop.

Honestly, I’ve stopped paying attention to the corporate buzzwords. They keep preaching about focus and scaling, but the atmosphere on the floor tells a completely different story. After what happened with the Allegheny office, the trust is just gone. My team is so burned out from trying to cover the gaps that it's hard to even care about the 'big picture' anymore.
