Okay, so I haven't seen any official comms, but my last bonus payout felt… lighter than expected. I'm trying to figure out if this is a trend or just a one-off for me. I know market conditions are tough, but was there an internal adjustment to targets or performance metrics that wasn't clearly communicated? It's frustrating to put in the work and then see the reward fall short without understanding why. Anyone else notice a difference in their bonus this year compared to previous ones? Or maybe you heard something about how bonuses are being calculated now? Just want to make sure I'm not misinterpreting anything. Feeling a bit uneasy about compensation stability.

I haven't personally noticed a change in my bonus, but I've heard a few whispers from colleagues that their payouts weren't quite what they anticipated.
