Morale seems to be dipping - anyone else agree?

Hey folks, Just wanted to put this out there. I've noticed a pretty significant dip in overall morale across Affirm in the last couple of months. People seem less engaged in meetings, there's less casual chatter in the office (when people are in), and just a general sense of uncertainty. I know the market's been tough for fintech, and we've seen other companies make cuts. While there haven't been any official layoffs announced here (thankfully!), the quietness around future plans and the increased focus on performance metrics is making people nervous. It feels like there's a lot of uncertainty about where we're headed, and that's definitely impacting how people feel about their jobs and the company's future. Is this just me, or are others feeling this too? How are you guys coping with the uncertainty? Any strategies for staying positive or focused when the atmosphere feels a bit heavy?
