Rumblings of a Freeze? Affirm Job Postings & Interview Process

Has anyone else noticed a significant drop in new job postings at Affirm recently? I've been keeping an eye out for a while, and it feels like the number of open roles has dried up considerably compared to a few months ago. Also, if anyone's been through the interview process recently, has it felt different? Longer waits, fewer interview rounds, or maybe just a general lack of urgency from recruiters? I'm not hearing anything concrete about layoffs, but this slowdown in hiring feels like a possible precursor. Trying to understand if this is a company-wide trend or just specific departments. Any insider info or observations would be super helpful. Curious to hear from anyone who's been in the pipeline or has recently accepted an offer.

I've definitely noticed the shift too. It seemed like just a few months ago, Affirm was aggressively hiring across many departments. Now, the postings are much more sparse, and it's tough to find roles that align. I haven't personally gone through the interview process lately, but I've heard from a couple of folks that things have indeed slowed down and communication from recruiters isn't as prompt as it used to be. Makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes.

Yeah, the hiring freeze buzz has been circulating. I've been watching their careers page and it's significantly less active than it was last quarter. My experience with the interview process recently was also a bit drawn out, with longer gaps between stages than I'd anticipated. It's not a definitive sign of layoffs, but a clear indicator of a hiring slowdown. Hopefully, it's just a temporary adjustment rather than a more serious issue.
