Aflac - Any movement on hiring freezes or slowing down?

Been hearing some chatter about hiring potentially slowing down across Aflac. Not seeing any official posts, and our internal job boards still look active, but the pace of filling new roles seems to have taken a hit in my area. Anyone else in recruiting or managing teams noticing it's harder to get new headcount approved or seeing a longer lead time on offers going out? Is this a company-wide thing or just specific departments? Trying to figure out if it's a broader economic trend impacting the company or a more targeted internal strategy shift.
