Is anyone hearing anything solid about the recent WARN filings? Seeing the 368 figure floating around has everyone on edge here. I’m in one of the impacted departments and management is being completely cagey about whether this is just the beginning or if this is the brunt of the restructure. We had a 'town hall' this morning where they just talked about 'operational efficiencies' and 'streamlining,' which we all know is just corporate speak for cutting costs to make the quarterly report look better for the shareholders. The atmosphere in the office is dead. No one is getting any actual work done because we’re all just refreshing our emails waiting for that calendar invite from HR. Does anyone know if there’s a severance package being offered or if they are just clearing house? Trying to decide if I should start applying elsewhere today or wait it out for a potential package. This uncertainty is honestly worse than just getting the pink slip at this point.

The 368 number is definitely accurate based on what’s been circulating internally. I’ve been through these restructuring cycles before, and the 'operational efficiency' talk is always a bad sign. If you’re in an impacted department, start downloading your performance reviews and reach out to your network now. Management won't give you a straight answer until the severance packages are finalized and they have legal clearance to drop the hammer. It's a rough situation, and I'm sorry you’re dealing with the uncertainty.

Honestly, don't wait for management to come clean. They are legally obligated to provide notice, but they’ll keep it vague to prevent a mass exodus before they're ready. The Shelby and Nashville sites have been nervous for weeks, and the silence from leadership is deliberate. If you have any vacation time or sick leave, keep track of your balance, and update your resume immediately. It’s better to be overprepared for a transition than to be caught off guard when the final word comes down.
