Aflac - Anyone else feeling the pinch in Q4?

Hey all, just checking in to see if anyone else at Aflac is noticing things getting a little tight as we head into the end of the year. It's not just my team, feels like a broader trend across a few departments. Project budgets seem smaller, hiring freezes are being talked about more, and there's definitely a sense of caution in some of the internal comms. It's making me a bit nervous about what's next, especially with the economic climate being what it is. Is this just me, or are others experiencing this?
