Aflac - Anyone else feeling the pressure lately?

Hey everyone, been with Aflac for a few years now and lately, things just feel... different. There's this underlying tension, and I'm not sure if it's just me or if others are feeling it too. Been hearing whispers and seeing some shifts in team structures that feel a little concerning. It's hard to put a finger on it, but the usual positive energy seems to be a bit muted. Morale feels like it's definitely taken a hit over the past quarter or so. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just the general economic climate affecting things, or is there something more specific happening internally that I'm missing? Curious to hear what others are experiencing on the ground.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a shift too. It's like the usual buzz is gone, replaced by a sort of uncertainty. Seems like a lot of people are hesitant to make waves, which is a shame because that used to be part of what made working here dynamic. I'm also hearing similar things about the team changes, and it's hard not to wonder what the long-term implications will be for everyone. Hoping things settle down soon.

I can relate to what you're saying. While I haven't seen anything concrete to point to, there's an undeniable change in the atmosphere. Conversations feel more guarded, and there's less spontaneous collaboration than before. It's a bit disheartening when you're used to a more open and energetic environment.
