Aflac - Anyone else noticing weird project shifts?

Hey folks, long-time lurker here. Been with Aflac for a few years now, and lately, things feel... off. Not seeing any official layoff news, but it feels like there's a constant reshuffling of priorities and projects. Teams are getting merged, then split again. People are being moved around to different departments with little notice. Makes it hard to feel settled or know what's truly important. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this just normal business cycle stuff, or is there something bigger going on behind the scenes? Trying to gauge the general sentiment out there. Not trying to spread rumors, just genuinely curious if others are seeing similar patterns.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed the same thing. It's been pretty chaotic lately with all the project shifts. It feels like we're constantly chasing the next big thing without a clear direction. I'm not sure if it's just how things are done here, or if there's a bigger underlying issue. It's making it hard to focus and get real work done when priorities keep changing. Hoping things stabilize soon, but honestly, I'm starting to get a bit concerned about the long-term impact on morale and productivity.
