Yeah, I've been feeling it too in [different department, e.g., Sales]. It's more than just the usual end-of-quarter jitters. There's a definite sense of walking on eggshells. Information flow has been really tight, and any questions about future projects get met with vague answers. I've noticed a slowdown in onboarding new hires, which is definitely not typical for this time of year. It's unsettling, to say the least. Honestly, I think some of this might be overblown. 'Restructuring' is a buzzword that gets thrown around a lot, especially when budgets get tight. Companies always have cycles. Remember back in [past year, e.g., 2019] when everyone was panicking about [past event, e.g., a new policy change]? It all blew over. Keep your head down, do good work, and focus on what you can control. If something concrete happens, then we can worry. Until then, it's just noise.
