Anyone else feeling the quiet on promotions/raises?

Hey everyone, Been with Aflac for a few years now and usually by this time of year, there's at least *some* buzz about performance reviews, potential promotions, or even just salary adjustments. But it's been eerily quiet. My manager is being super vague when asked about timelines, and it feels like all the usual channels are just... quiet. I know there's no official layoff news, but this lack of clarity on career progression and compensation is making me a bit uneasy. Anyone else in a similar boat? Is this normal for Aflac at this point in the year, or am I reading too much into it? Curious to hear if others are experiencing this or have any insights. Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just my department. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard when you don't know where you stand or what to expect financially.

I'm right there with you. The silence is definitely louder than usual this year. It's tough to stay motivated when you can't get a clear picture of where things stand or what the future holds regarding compensation. My team is also experiencing the same lack of communication, and it's creating a fair bit of anxiety. Hoping we get some clarity soon.

It's a strange feeling, isn't it? Usually, there are at least some whispers or hints about reviews or potential adjustments, but it's been radio silence on my end too. Makes it hard to plan or feel secure about performance recognition. I've tried to be proactive in asking, but the responses are always so generic. Definitely feeling the uncertainty.
