Hey all, been seeing some chatter on here and elsewhere about a potential hiring freeze at Aflac. I'm currently interviewing for a role and haven't heard anything official from my recruiter, but the silence is starting to make me a bit nervous. Has anyone else heard similar rumors or experienced a slowdown in the hiring process recently, especially within specific departments? Wondering if it's company-wide or just certain areas. Trying to gauge if I should temper my expectations or keep pushing forward. Any insights would be appreciated!

I'm in a similar boat, interviewing for a position and noticed things have gone quiet on their end lately. It's tough to know what to make of it – could be standard end-of-quarter slowdown, or something more. I haven't heard anything concrete about a freeze, but the lack of communication is definitely adding to the uncertainty. Hopefully, someone with direct insight can shed some light soon.
