Agilent LSI - Anyone else feeling the squeeze?

Hey everyone. Been with Agilent in the LSI division for a few years now and lately, the vibe has been... off. There's been a lot of internal chatter, hushed conversations in hallways and on Teams channels that don't quite add up. We've seen a few key people exit in my department, not necessarily retirement, and while management says everything's stable, it doesn't feel that way. Project timelines are getting tighter, resources seem stretched thin, and there's a general sense of anxiety. Is anyone else in LSI experiencing this? Are there any specific projects or teams that are more affected? Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just something within our specific area. Trying to stay positive but it's getting harder.
